1．電器傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用PLC可編程控制器及高分辨率伺服電機(jī)；機(jī)械傳動(dòng)采用直線軸承滑塊、直線軸及滾珠絲桿副，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)潔，運(yùn)動(dòng)精度高。

2．花籃就位檢測(cè)，排片滯留報(bào)警；可防止碎片和放發(fā)生故障。

3．快換花籃治具，適應(yīng)隨時(shí)更換產(chǎn)品；水床滑臺(tái)、水流助推提高排片可靠性。
fast changing basket fixture, it’s suitable to change chips; water-bed sliding table is reliable by water flow boosting
